VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE
The graphics card stopped responding and Windows could not reset it. The file named (nvlddmkm.sys for NVIDIA, atikmpag.sys for AMD, igdkmd64.sys for Intel) tells you which.
How to fix it
- Uninstall the graphics driver with Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) in Safe Mode, then install the latest driver from the maker.
- Remove any graphics card overclock.
- Check the card's temperature and clean its fans.
- On desktops, reseat the card and check its power cables.
Is it serious?
A clean driver fixes most cases. If it continues at stock settings, the card may be failing.
