MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
Windows found a serious error in how memory is used. Faulty RAM is a common cause, along with drivers.
How to fix it
- Run Windows Memory Diagnostic, or better, MemTest86 from a USB stick for at least one full pass.
- If you have two RAM sticks, test with one at a time.
- Turn off XMP or overclocking in the BIOS.
- Open Command Prompt as administrator (search "cmd", right-click, Run as administrator).
- Run:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealthand wait for it to finish (it can sit at 20% for a while). - Then run:
sfc /scannow - Restart the PC.
Is it serious?
If the memory test finds errors, replace the stick. RAM is cheap and easy to swap.
