An unexpected failure. It sounds worse than it is; it shows up with System Restore, the Store and updates.

How to fix it

1. Restart the PC.
2. Open Command Prompt as administrator (search "cmd", right-click, Run as administrator).
3. Run: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and wait for it to finish (it can sit at 20% for a while).
4. Then run: sfc /scannow
5. Restart the PC.
